We hear it quite a lot these days, the country is turning into a nation of couch potatoes; endless nights sat in front of the television and leading fairly inactive lifestyles are all not that good for our health. Quite often foreign beach holidays grind to a halt if you encounter rain storms, left to huddle round the hotel bar or condemned to your hotel room until the weather clears.
